How to request deletion
Write from the email address on your account to support@kindlysites.com.
Use the subject “Delete my Kindly Sites account” and say that you want the account deleted. Do not send your password, payment details, or private links.
Kindly will verify that you control the account before making changes and will reply through the same channel with the outcome or the minimum information needed to identify the account.
Business messages, orders, and projects
For a message, order, or project sent to an independent business, contact that business first through the details published on its website. Kindly can assist with the technical portion after verifying the request and the relevant website.
Information that may be retained
Deleting an account does not automatically erase records that must be kept to complete a service, document payments, resolve a dispute, prevent abuse, or meet an applicable obligation. When appropriate, access is disabled and data that is no longer needed is deleted or disconnected.
