Kindly Sites Terms

These terms govern Kindly Sites accounts and website services offered by Nanno Digital. A project proposal or agreement may add specific terms.

Updated:

1. Service and operator

Kindly Sites is operated by Nanno Digital.

Kindly Sites supports accounts, communication with participating businesses, project management, and website operations. Nanno Digital operates the platform. Each independent business remains responsible for its products, services, messages, orders, and commitments to its customers.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, verify your email, and protect access to your account. An account does not grant access to a website, project, or Manager function unless an authorized person assigns that access. Do not share passwords or use another person’s account.

3. Projects and client responsibilities

The applicable proposal or agreement defines scope, deliverables, timing, revisions, and approvals. The client must provide needed information, content, permissions, and decisions on time. Delays may change the agreed schedule and cost.

4. Payments

The applicable proposal or agreement shows amounts, installments, methods, refunds, and due dates before payment. Creating an account or sending a message does not itself create a charge. Payments are processed by the provider identified in the payment flow.

5. Content and rights

You keep the rights you hold in content you provide. You authorize its use to prepare, host, maintain, and deliver the requested website or service. After full payment, rights in deliverables follow the proposal; Nanno Digital retains its tools, platform, reusable components, and methods unless a written agreement says otherwise.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Kindly Sites to impersonate another person, infringe rights, send illegal or malicious content, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or attempt to access data or websites that are not yours. We may restrict or suspend an account when needed to protect people, businesses, or the platform.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, provider failures, or interruptions may occur. We may correct, update, or retire features while preserving existing data and commitments under the applicable agreement. Material changes to these terms will be published with a new date.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Nanno Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project unless applicable law requires otherwise. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without limiting mandatory rights that apply where a person lives. For questions about these terms, write to support@kindlysites.com.
